The HV (Health Visitor) suggested I try Aquaeos (spelling?) cream which I did and it just made things look redder and angrier although i do think she has a very sensitive skin as even sensitive baby wipes can only be used occassionaly as she gets nappy rash. Gosh nobody's said this yet: if you're nursing, just gently cleanse the baby's face each day, and apply a little breastmilk on a cotton wool ball after you're done!
